Engineer (RE – Electrical)
  • BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical or related discipline with 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) and 3 years of relevant experience.
Engineer (RE – Mechanical)
  • BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Mechanical/Production/Industrial/Power Engineering or related discipline with 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) and 3 years of relevant experience.
Executive (RE – Human Resource)
  • PG Degree/Diploma/Program in HR/IR/Personnel Management, MHROD, or MBA (HR) with 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) and 3 years of relevant experience.
Executive (RE – Finance)
  • Candidates must possess CA/CMA with at least 1 year of post-qualification executive experience in Finance/Accounts, excluding the articleship period.
Engineer (RE – Safety)
  • Engineering Degree in relevant discipline + Diploma/Degree in Industrial/Fire & Safety with 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) and 3 years of relevant experience.
Executive (RE – CSR)
  • PG Degree/Diploma/Programme in Rural/Social/Development-related fields, MSW, MBA, or Engineering Graduate with 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) and 3 years of relevant experience.
Executive (RE – Rajbhasha)
  • Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory/elective subject or medium at degree level, plus 3 years of relevant experience.
