🎓 Educational Qualification

Post Name	Eligibility Criteria
Office Assistant (Multipurpose)	Graduation in any discipline + proficiency in the prescribed local language. Computer knowledge is desirable.
Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)	Graduation in any discipline + proficiency in the local language. Preference for candidates with degrees in Agriculture/allied fields, IT, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy. Computer knowledge desirable.
Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer)	Graduation with minimum 50% marks + 2 years of officer experience in a Bank/Financial Institution. Preference for degrees in Banking, Finance, Agriculture/allied fields, IT, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy.
Officer Scale-II (CA)	CA qualified from ICAI + 1 year of experience as a Chartered Accountant.
Officer Scale-II (Law)	Law Degree (LLB/equivalent) with minimum 50% marks + 2 years of experience as an Advocate or Law Officer in a Bank/Financial Institution.
Officer Scale-II (Marketing)	MBA in Marketing + 1 year of relevant experience from a recognized university.
Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager)	CA or MBA in Finance + 1 year of relevant experience.
Officer Scale-II (Agriculture)	Graduation in Agriculture/Horticulture/Dairy/Animal or Veterinary Science/Engineering/Pisciculture + 2 years of relevant experience.
Officer Scale-II (IT)	Graduation in Electronics/Communication/Computer Science/IT with minimum 50% marks + 1 year relevant experience. ASP/PHP/C++/Java/VB/VC/OCP certification desirable.
Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)	Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks + 5 years of Officer experience in a Bank/Financial Institution. Preference for Banking, Finance, Agriculture/allied fields, IT, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy qualifications.

🎂 Age Limit

• Office Assistant : 18-28 Years
• Officer Scale-I : 18-30 Years
• Officer Scale-II : 21-32 Years
• Officer Scale-III : 21-40 Years
